Health & Wellbeing
Ensuring the wellbeing of our people is important to us. We have a number of initiatives designed to promote the health, safety and welfare of our staff as well programs that encourage and support work/life balance. Some of the initiatives include:
- a corporate program for gym memberships;
- an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that offers a free confidential point of contact and counselling service to employees and their immediate family;
- salary continuance insurance to cover permanent staff in the event of a serious illness/injury; and
- paid parental leave and flexible work arrangements.
