Tony Mitchell Chairman of the first NSW Greenhouse Gas Committee in 1988 and Senior Principal at ENSR Australia.
Tony is an environmental chemist with over 30 years experience in environmental protection and pollution control, pollution control licensing, environmental impact statements, environmental auditing, natural resource management, odour and air quality monitoring, regulatory approvals and community consultation.
Over the past 15 years Tony has specialised on the agribusiness sector, particularly feedlots and abattoirs, as well as food manufacturing. He has worked on institutional strengthening and technical advisory projects on pollution control in Indonesia funded by the World Bank and AusAID.
Tony joined ENSR in 1990 and has held various roles including Manager Sydney Operations 1990-1998. He was formerly a Regional Manager for the NSW State Pollution Control Commission (DEC/EPA) where he dealt with a broad range of industries.
