Michael is a statutory, strategic, land use and environmental planner with over 30 years experience in all forms of environmental planning in the project cycle from inception to operation and decommissioning.
Michael has extensive experience and joined ENSR in 2003 as National Practice Leader for Environmental Planning Services. He has written, managed and directed Environmental Impact Statements and Planning Studies for a diverse range of private and public sector projects. He has developed innovative, value adding strategies which have become industry standards and best practice benchmarks, and produced a range of papers and reports for State and Local Government on planning procedures and policies.
Michael has also developed, directed and undertaken a number of stakeholder consultation programs, prepared financial evaluations for projects, and provided statutory advice on due diligence projects and matters before the Courts and Parliamentary Committees. Michael provides high-level strategic planning advice to a wide range of clients.
