Frank Mohen

Operations Manager NSW, Senior Principal, EPA Auditor

Frank has over 20 years experience as a civil engineer and 15 years experience in operations management. His expertise includes site contamination assessment and remediation, waste management, hydrology, environmental engineering projects and due diligence exercises. He has extensive experience in contract negotiations and administration, consultation with regulators (EPA, WorkCover, etc) and public consultation.  Frank is accredited as a Site Auditor (Contaminated Land) with the NSW EPA, and as a Third Party Reviewer with the Qld EPA. He has also provided expert advice before courts and Commission of Inquiries.

Frank’s experience with environmental auditing and investigations cover an extensive range of industries including landfills, gas works, chemical plants, gold and coal mines, liquid waste disposal facilities, timber treatment plants, petroleum sector and metal processing mills. He also has worked on a range of projects for the Department of Defence and for other State and Commonwealth Government agencies and corporations. 

Frank joined ENSR at the beginning of 2004 as Operations Manager for New South Wales.
